I worked out really hard before I got pregnant. Slacked off in second tri. Now I have the energy to get back to it. Doing yoga, walking several miles or doing HIIT. But my hips!! I used to be so flexible in my hips. My entire body has super limited flexibility now, but omg y'all. I can't handle how tight my hips are. Any tips?! Stretches?? Even when I go for walks my hips hurt. I have a h/o it band syndrome. But this isn't it. I just cannot do hip openers etc. I can't even sit on the floor with my feet together with a straight back. Is this normal??
