Late night calls. What to do?

My daughter (7) stays with her dad every other weekend. He is prick, has never paid his child support, and is always fighting with me(even though we broke up 6 years ago).

He is supposed to drop her off on Mondays at 8 a.m and always waits until like 9 p.m, 10 p.m, or even sometimes midnight and has my daughter call me and say she needs to come home because her dad has to work early. Like why do I care what time he has to be at work when he doesn't contribute any of that money to her. Even on his time he buys her nothing.

He could have the decency to drop her off at a normal hour but always does it late as heck and most of the time I'm sleeping.

I am tired of doing him favors (he doesn't do anything for her but expects me to jump anytime he calls) and I just want to say no, he needs to drop her at 8 a.m like our order says.

Is this mean? Or wrong? I'm just tired of always saying yes to him when he doesn't do anything for her.
