Please help ..

Hi guys , I have a medical abortion March 3rd , 2020 I was 5 weeks 6 days . I bleed for a whole week , I would like to know when do I get my period again ?. I know everyone is different , I’ve read by 8 weeks your suppose to get a period . I’ve taken pregnancy test and they’ve come back negative (we’ve been using condoms btw) . If anyone could just give me advice or what not . I’d greatly appreciate it . Thanks
