One chance to TTC after ovulation (sperm donor) when should I after positive OPK

Thanks for any advice. We are only using one this month as we don’t want to waste a lot of money and it being the first month of trying so we are not sure what to expect.

I understand OPKs just always conflicted when to try after the positive.
