My cycle was suppose to come on last week.  I was cramping and nauseous all last week. I'm currently 7 days late. What should I do?

My last period was feb 29-march 4. My period was due march 29th and never showed. I tested 2 days ago and got a bfp. I’m 5w2d. Take a test!

7 days late, and this is the test result. I will wait unitl Wednesday morning to test again. If after haven't come by then.
