Ovulation Help?

I know it sounds really stupid, but these are my OPK’s this month, haven’t tracked BBT because my sleeping pattern has been all over the place because of isolation so when do you think I ovulated and will this be okay being as we didn’t BD on supposed ovulation day? Thanks
