Conception pills

Has anyone used these pills and had gotten pregnant. I just went to the doctors to see if I had pcos and I don’t but my periods are still irregular and I have trouble getting a positive ovulation test. I bought these pills for my husband and I to try, we have been trying a year already. Please let me know your story with these pills.
