Ob appointment follow up since c section birth - worth it to go?
I heard the check up isn't that useful if you're healing ok and the ob just talks about whether or not you can have sex again, birth control methods.
Really worried about the virus so wanting to limit the amount of times having to go outside.
I also get super anxious about thinking about going out...
