Covid 19 and grandparent visits

My parents haven’t visited my kids for the past 2 weeks. My husband and I asked them not to come and obviously they were upset. Since we’ve all been staying at home for the past 2 weeks, they are asking if they could visit now. None of us work outside of the home (my parents are retired and husband works from home), so they feel like we’ve been quarantined enough and it’s safe to visit. What are you doing about grandparents coming over?
