Do I need to pump as a Stay at home mom?

I am a stay at home mom with a 2 month old. I am afraid that if I dont pump my milk supply will decrease? But if I do pump by the end of the day I feel like my breasts aren’t full enough for her? I don’t know how to do this 😫 what do you guys do?

Unless you want to have a stash just in case, there is no need to pump.

There’s no need to pump if you stay at home and feed on demand.  As long as baby is having enough dirty and wet diapers you are producing enough.  Pumping is only necessary if you’re going to be away from baby.  ￼￼

for the first 6 weeks I breastfed on demand & pumped if they were asleep during a feed time. I also got a hakaa that really helped cut my feeding times. You probably want to just wait to pump to establish their eating habits. If you’re a stay at home mom you don’t really need a freezer stash. I don’t have one and I didn’t. You honestly probably only need a manual hand pump too. They are way cheaper.

No NEED to pump but it could be nice if you want to go somewhere and have someone else watch baby or you’re not comfortable breastfeeding in public.

I stay home my daughter is 9 months I almost never pump/pumped !

Your boobs are never empty. If she is nursing, it will continue to produce more. As long as she is eating properly, your supply should not decrease.
