Has anyone used letrozole to help conceive if so I have a couple of questions? I am on it from day 3-7 at 2.5 mg daily

How long did it take to work for you?

Did you get pregnant with 1,2,3 or 4 babies on it?

I hear it a good chance of multiples and I already had a set of multiples before naturally so just wondering how it helped everyone else becouse now I am having trouble to conceive and with being older just curious
