I get paranoid getting mail
Going outside makes me so nervous. Today I got the mail, and I accidentally touched my nose after, without washing my hands, and I have been freaking out since. I sear I felt hard of breath a few times. This is what this stupid pandemic is doing to me: fear in everything little thing I do.
