How long do ur babies colds usually last?

I’m going on day 7 and I’m exhausted. 
Runny nose, so much snot in the nose frida it’s all clear snot though not green or yellow, sneezing occasionally & a dry cough. She keeps waking up like 5 times at night because of her phlegm.

I took my girl in after the 6th day and her cold ended up giving her an ear infection too. So then 3 more days of cold but 10 days of antibiotics

It usually clears completely up by 2 weeks or a little more the week usually 2 tho

Has she been exposed to anyone out side of the home? Any fevers?

Could it be allergies and not a cold? I know my allergies are hitting me full force right now and my son has started sneezing and getting a little congested
