Increasing supply a few months into breastfeeding
My baby is 4.5 months old. He strictly had breastmilk until a couple of weeks into me being back at work (so around 3.5 months) when I couldn’t pump as much, started to run low on pumped milk, and wasn’t home to feed him. He eats a ton and we had to start supplementing with formula because I couldn’t stock up enough. My supply has decreased significantly (I feed him in the mornings and evenings, and no longer pump daily) but I am thinking that being home 6 of 7 days a week (due to lockdown), maybe I can get back to a pumping schedule and increase my supply. I am feeling ambitious...Any tips?! Thank you!
