My hair is so damaged! I was doing fine for a while witout using heat in my hair,no blow dryer no styling tools.but i gave in nd omg my hair looks bad.

I shouldve just stoped using heat felt like my hair was getin better.

Any advice?? Any ladies who do not use heat at all? Does it really help your hair? Im goin to have to cut my hair😫

And throw my tools away i really want my healthy hair bck.is there anything i can eat to make my hair grow out healthy??
