My daughter has that as well and also the bottom of her back of the neck. I think it goes away.. she’s had it since she was born and it never bothered her

It’s totally normal. Both my daughters have/had it, my first is 3 now and it’s gone. It’s a stork bite/ birthmark.

Two of my children had them. Kinda like a birth mark that goes away with tine
