Little ones eating?
Mine will only eat graham crackers and yogurt here and there. Nothing else!!
She’s off of formula through wic and she gets whole milk. She won’t eat anything else and I’m not sure if I should be worried or not.
EDIT- I offer her anything we eat, except for the obvious stuff I know she can’t chew yet.
Purées she used to do so good with! Now when we try to offer it to her she shakes her head no and presses her mouth shut. Even if we give her the spoon! She will just hold it won’t chew on the spoon or anything.
We give her a piece of toast every morning and set it on her tray and she won’t even touch it. Same with eggs! When she was younger she wouldn’t even eat baby cereal/oatmeal. We have told her doctor about it, and she doesn’t seem concerned at all. I know it’s like a huge thing and it absolutely drives me nuts! I know she’s 1 and should be eating solid foods/purées. I offered her a pop tart bite this morning and she actually ate 2 of them. I offered her diced peaches this evening and she wouldn’t even touch it. I always make sure her last bottle was awhile before I try to give her actual food because obviously if she’s full from a bottle she won’t want to eat regular food. She loves the graham crackers and if she’ll eat them then that’s something! Atleast it’s a start. I ALWAYS offer her something different first before I give her a graham cracker. with this pandemic going on I can’t exactly have her go see her dr right now, I also have a 6w old son.
