Ok so I feel dumb

We had a planned elective 3d/4d ultrasound at 23 weeks but had to come back because the baby was too fidgety and she told us to come in at 28 weeks.

That was a few weeks ago. When we went, we signed up for a package that included 40 black n white 2d photos, 6 colored 4d photos, a dvd of the whole ultrasound and an app with all the pictures on it. The lady was very picky that did our ultrasound and ended up printing 6 black n white pictures for us and told us to come back when she could spend more time with us. So my husband paid for it that day and we left her a good sized tip.

Well now we've been in lockdown which she contacted me and said she would need to reschedule us for when they were back up and going. I had my reg appt on Friday with my midwife and they said that were going to have a may baby essentially moving us up because baby is measuring big. So I contacted the elective ultrasound business via text and asked her if she could just mail us all the video/pictures instead and wed call it even. I doubt this quarantine will be up by the time I give birth and it was 300 dollars.

I got no answer. She has been posting on fb and telling clients to reach out to her if they have any questions so I messaged her on there. It shows read but no answer. That was two days ago.

I'm not even asking for a refund, I just want the pictures we were promised. What would you do in my situation?
