How to get past my imposter syndrome?
Hi, I am quite stressed out about my job. I'm in an internship for the next 4 months and I keep asking myself if I am good enough to do the work.
I suffer from the imposter syndrome and most of the time I able not to let it interfere in my life. But this is my first time working in my studies' field. Plus, since my internship is close to home I'd moved back with my parents. Due to the Corona everyone is working from home and it's getting troublesome.
I'm so stressed about messing this job up that I can't work, so I'm trying to relax myself with some activities that I like but I can't help but feeling like I am only procrastinating so I can't relax...
So if any of you have so good advice about how I could manage my stress to get thing done it would be a great help.
