Uti or period blood?

So about 3 weeks ago I had a uti with symptoms of leg cramping , back pain and spotting of blood. I got antibiotics for it and finished all but the uti never fully went away I still had the urge to per for another two weeks after now currently I started spotting blood again and I called my doctor that my uti never went away so their prescribing me new biotic . But however idk why I’m scared that I can be pregnant since I missed my last period around the time I got my first uti and I was suppose to start my period yesterday but I can’t tell if it’s just symptoms from uti or period b/c if not period does that mean I’ll be late/missed period again ?? FYI I’m also on birth control and never miss a day am I just freaking out about pregnancy scare
