I started having period like cramps 6 days after my period ended and now I’m really concerned? This never happened before. What are the main symptoms of endometriosis that I should keep an eye out for?? Any feedback would help

You need laparoscopic surgery to diagnose endometriosis. It’s much more than cramps, it’s constant pain, bloating, painful bowel movements, extreme nausea or vomiting during period. Painful heavy periods. Every women has different symptoms.
