Gender at 25 weeks? Normal?

So I had an ultrasound and my baby girls vagina looks HUGE. Is this normal?! Lol

Yes! My baby girl came out with swollen labia and little boobs almost 🤣 the pediatrician explained it's the surge of hormones from mom that causes it and goes away after a couple of days. Very normal

My baby girls at 24 weeks.
She looks a little puffy too but it’s normal
