Postpartum belly bands

Hi momma's! I'm 35w 2d and I'm just looking into postpartum belly bands and wraps and wondering who's used them before. Do they actually make a difference? Is it worth it to get one? What kind do you recommend?

I think they work! I used this band- I had an emergency c-section, so the hospital gave it to me. By using this belly band (and breastfeeding 😊), I was able to go lose all my pregnancy weight and then some. 👍🏽
