Is this normal for dogs TMI

!!PLEASE don’t read if you have a sensitive stomach!!

Anyways, I have a new dog and haven’t had the chance to take her to the vet yet. But tonight, she was making weird breathing sounds and then threw up a little bit after that. Before she threw up, you could literally hear it swish between her body for about 20 seconds. I’ve never had a dog do this.? It looks like she ate a chunk of her rope toy
