Anyone get a free breast pump through insurance?

Anyone have any recommendations? I put in my insurance information on the Aeroflot website and I haven’t heard back. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or if because of the virus, everything is behind. Should I continue to wait or is there another source I can use?

Contact your insurance and go through an authorized medical supplier. I wanted the Spectra S1. Aeroflow was going to charge me $100 extra for it. I called my insurance and they gave me the name of a local supplier that was covered. I ended up getting the S1 for free.

I did.  Have you checked you spam folder as well ? I’m not sure if the virus put it on hold but mines was approved within a believe 3-5 business days.

I just told my doctor that I would like to order one through insurance and she wrote a prescription and took care of it for me. I just had to go pick it up. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Depends on your insurance. For mine, I had to have a written prescription. On the Aeroflow website you put in your insurance provider and it shows you what you’re covered for. Once you make your selection they will email you asking for a photo of your prescription and then get it all sent out.

Go through someone else they never got back to me either. Call your insurance and see who their supplier is .

I had my doula send up the prescription form for my breast pump. I got the spectra s1. I'm active duty army so tricare required a 50 dollar upcharge which was fine by me.

I just ordered the Spectra S2 through my insurance. Depending on your insurance they may have preferred provider and you can ask if a prescription is required from your Dr. My insurance didn’t require a prescription so I was able to call the provider and order the pump over the phone. I had several options that were 100% paid for and a few that were upgrades. The S2 was free and it should be shipping to me tomorrow.
