Vagina soreness

So for the last 2 days, I have been sore,itchy and when I pee it kind of burns. I’ve checked to see and its red and has a really sensitive part of skin by the opening that looks raised and red. Could anyone help with what this is? It might be thrush but I’m not sure as this has never happened to me before... panicking.
