Does this mean anything?

I'm 10dpo, bfns so far but I took an opk for giggles. With my first son an opk was nearly positive when I was pregnant before a test picked it up. Well I got a pretty good second line tonight and I usually wouldn't get a second line at all before my period. Any thoughts?
