Short luteal phase? Irregular cycles.. Advice?

I’m 9dpo today and have started some spotting of old brown blood mixed in with CM. Which is how AF always starts for me.

Definitely bums me out that my luteal phase is so short.

My cycles are also so irregular. I had my IUD removed Jan 2019 and have had cycles ranging from 27, to 34, to 58, to 32 days.

We’re been TTC #3 for about a year with no luck (our first two came very easily). My OB appointment was canceled due to COVID 19 so just looking for some advice.

I’ve heard vitex and b6 might help?
