Embryos Transfer day

So when we started this process of ivf I was under the idea that I can chose how many embryos from 1 to 3 I want on me the day of the transfer off course if they made to fully blastocyst but then when doing all the paper work the doctor told me I couldn’t do that so I was like wth ? So she told me they do only one at a time specially if the patient it’s younger than 35 which is my case, the only way they will put more embryos (on patient younger than 35) is if the embryos are not the best quality and they want to pump the chance of pregnancy.
