sat was easier for me as i'm better at reading/writing. also i went to sat camps and had an sat tutor, so i was a lot more prepared for the sat than the act. the act is a little more math intensive. my bf preferred the act way more for that reason.

i preferred the act because it was faster paced and easier imo but the sat wasn't that bad either. definitely study!

I’m really into English and writing, so the SAT was my jam. However, I know a lot of math and science-oriented friends that swear by the ACT.

Neither. I took the PACT and the SAT (twice on the SAT). My writing scores were excellent on the SAT as I recall (not the essay), but my math scores were horrible, probably due to inadequate math curriculum.
