Feel like my boyfriend only loves me when he’s high

So I sometimes feel abit neglected by my boyfriend when he doesn’t smoke weed. He never talks to me like I’m his girlfriend like he will kiss me and stuff but he just speaks to me like I’m a friend he doesn’t pay me any attention he ignores me and is always in his phone and doesn’t want to be romantic with me yet when he is high he can’t keep his hands off of me he always tells me how lucky he is to have me and that I’m the love of his life and the most beautiful girl in the world he will go the extra mile to make me happy always making me food and drink and buying me things and he is just the perfect boyfriend. But without it he is just ignorant and constantly agitated and like he doesn’t want to be around me. I feel like if I asked him to chose between me or the weed he would choose the weed. Can getting high make you feel like you love someone when you actaully don’t or am I just being paranoid
