IDK Where to ask this but...

Hey, for a LONG time I’ve been wanting to finger myself but have been too scared. I have never had sex. Two months ago I was attempting to get an IUD (it failed) but that was the first time something was inserted. It was kinda traumatic, I literally cried for hours. However, I still want to try abs finger my self. Any tips on building the courage?
