Painful irony

I was taking an ADHD self test on the internet because I cannot focus or sit still, and my friend sent me a meme. I clicked it, scrolled around, realized an hour had passed, went back to the test, and the question was: “Your instant messenger icon begins to blink, signaling that you have received a message from a friend. You...” and the top option was to drop everything to respond.... nice.
