Chipped paint in wall at apartment?

So i just bought a house and I’m moving out of my apartment and i have until the end of the month to leave. I was taking some decor off the walls and now there’s three huge chips in the paint. I’ve never lived at an apartment by myself so I’m not sure what to do? Do i ask the maintenance guy or do i figure it out myself? I know i can fix it but what about paint? Pic for reference.
