Clomid thoughts?

I have PCOS and have been TTC for over 2 years. My cycles are irregular and I’m looking into going to a fertility specialist. Any recommendations or thoughts on Clomid?

￼ sixth month on clomid. Just for af to show up 5 days early.  I feel like it’s pointless to continue trying but at the same time I know I can’t get up

I’m on my second round of 50 mg if clomid, I had some side affects but not too bad. I’m currently 7 days late but last month I didn’t ovulate but my doctor wants me to try three rounds of 50 mg before he ups my dosage. I think I ovulate around the 19th of March . I will be testing this weekend. I did test on Monday and it was negative so 🤞🏼 I get my BFP soon

I’m on my 3rd cycle. Side effects are crazy- I was always one to never get any side effects from medication. But with clomid, I have quite a bit! I would cry for everything, insomnia, dizzy spells, sore breasts. Worst part is sometimes the side effects make you think you’re pregnant. I’m on Tww, so if this round worked then the side effects would be well worth it!

Never been on clomid, but on my 1st letrozole cycle for unexplained infertility (I ovulate naturally) My doctor never even mentioned clomid and went straight to Letrozole (2.5mg) The pharmacist recommended to take it at dinner time everyday to minimize side effects like nausea or dizziness- which I didn’t experience. I did get some cramps in pelvic area, that I normally don’t get as I got closer to ovulation since (I’m guessing and hoping) it had 2eggs being matured?

I use it for 2 cycles. Got my period so I ovulated but didn’t get pregnant. Also the side effects were horrible. I felt depressed, I would cry for no reason, nauseous, dizzy, headaches. I switch the Femara and same thing. Got my period but didnt get pregnant. Had no side effects tho so I felt much better. I was very obese and my doctor said that was the reason I couldn’t get pregnant. So I had weight loss surgery and got pregnant 6 months after my surgery naturally. I know this isn’t a solution for everyone but if I had to go on those pills again, I’d choose Femara. They also have a better success rate than clomid
