Can you develop new pregnancy symptoms if you’ve experienced a mmc?

So I know that missed miscarriages go undetected because pregnancy symptoms can continue after the baby stops developing. But is it possible to have new/increased symptoms after the pregnancy is no longer viable??

Sorry, I know this can be a sensitive subject. I’ve had 2 miscarriages, & I’m now pregnant again (6w+5d), & I’m just nervous... I’m paranoid that I could have already lost my baby but won’t find out until my ultrasound in 3 weeks.

I’ve had morning sickness for over 2 weeks that has evolved into all-day-sickness since last week, I’ve been completely exhausted, I have cramps on & off (not nearly as bad as period cramps, more like gentle tugging), I started getting heartburn a couple days ago, & my boobs finally started hurting today. (I haven’t had any of my previous miscarriage signs like spotting, back pain, & bad cramping.)

Can I take the developing symptoms as a good sign?? Or is it still possible that my baby has already stopped growing?
