36 weeks š¤°š¾ And terrified
Hey Ladies
Back In 2014 I Went To The Clinic & Got My Routine Check Up For STDS. Everything Came Back Negative Except I Got A Mail In The Letter Saying My Results For Herpes Came Back Positive. I Was DEVASTATED. My Mom Convinced Me To Go Back & Have Testing Done Again Just To Make Sure Because I Have Never Had an Outbreak TO THIS DAY I still Havnt had one. Hereās the killer part. I had my first child In 2016 emergency csection, my second I had a successful VBAC When Baby came out the doctor examined her and said she had a blister on her wrist. He asked if I had a history of herpes I told him no. They tested the blister and it came back negative for herpes and ended up popping on itās own they called it a āsucking blisterā now Iām 36 weeks pregnant and am soon to deliver. I made mention of what happend with my last baby to my new doctors so instead of testing me for herpes again they just prescribed me a medication called Valacyclovir that they want me to take up until delivery just in case. Me and my partner have never talked about this because to my knowledge and history of no outbreaks I donāt believe I have it. My biggest concern is when I deliver I donāt want them saying that around people in the delivery room. Is it a way I can ask them not to mention my medical history or will they just blur out whatever
