So I’ve either just sneezed and wet myself or my waters have started. I had just been to the loo so didn’t expect it to be wee. Do I just wait it out and see if anymore comes???

If it came with a sneeze and no more while your sitting or walking then it was most likely pee. If it continues to leak out throughout the next hour then it’s probably water.

It is not unlikely that you could have peed, your pelvic floor muscles release when you sneeze/cough/laugh. I have peed myself twice now when coughing/sneezing 😳
You can try to smell it and see if it smells like pee. Call your provider if you suspect it’s amniotic fluid.
