Hello people of the vagina having variety. I have a question regarding hormone coils. On March 12th I had a hormone coil inserted (Yaii), my dear mother had before hand told me to be prepared to bleed of a good while. The young fool I am thought “it’ll probably only be a few weeks”. It is now 4 weeks later and I am still finding myself wearing a pad so I don’t have to wash more blood out of my underwear.

Does anyone know how long I can expect the bleeding to last? I have a checkup with my gyno in a week and if it hasn’t stopped by then I’ll ask there
