I totally stopped pumping when my son was 10.5 months. I was an oversupplier so he lived on freezer stash after that. So 7.5 months since I’ve pumped or breastfed.. today I was in the shower and noticed way more milk than Normal coming out. Typically if I randomly squeeze on my boobs, a few drops will come out and then nothing else. That is normal. But today it just kept coming. It was almost like when I was breastfeeding and would leak a lot. I felt around to make sure I didn’t have any clogs or lumps but didn’t notice anything unusual.

I also am not pregnant as my period was last week and I’m on BC.

Anyone experienced this?
