Allergic reaction???

Can any moms help me understand what this is? Or what it may be? I don’t know if this information matters but my son has eczema and this appeared a few hours on his face after I was dipping his teething toy in my flavored “slurpee” drink

It looks like an allergic reaction. No worries it will go away on its own. Treat it with some mild unscented lotion. 🙏🙏🙏

My little cousin would have reactions looks this anytime she ate anything red no lie. She ended up being allergic to the red food dye as well as strawberries, cherries and tomatoes. She ended up growing out of it but my bf has allergic reactions to dark blue due as well, he can't eat dark blue candies or slurpies or even wear dark blue clothes or sheets without washing them a few times first. Really weird but it happens!
