Is this positive?

I need a set of fresh eyes because two of my friends see it, I see it, but I can’t believe it. I’m going to go to the doctor Monday (2 days) to get blood work done but I want to know if I can classify this as a positive. I’m tired of saying “If I’m pregnant” or “if this these tests weren’t actually negative..”

I’ve had a miscarriage before 3.5 yrs ago and I was told that HCG levels will more than likely take longer for me to generate so taking tests early will show faint and so I’m assuming my previous doctor was right and that this is positive

I currently am having mild symptoms such as :excessive saliva (good lord send saltines), brown discharge but had a teeeeeny tinyyy bit of red blood but that has stopped and not came back, mild cramping but no where near period cramps, and while my period is pretty much regular and the same every month I never spot... I will usually wake up in the morning on the day I start with a small spot but as soon as I pee it’s a water fall... and I have yet to get a water fall or even be able to produce more than a nickel sized worth of brown discharge over a 3-4 hour time frame. I know at 4w1d that symptoms are rare but I have such a strong feeling that I am pregnant and I’m hoping you guys agree❤️❤️
