Progesterone cream?!

Hey guys! I’m 5w6d and at about 5 weeks I had very light spotting and some cramping. Got super nervous as that’s how my previous miscarriage started (at 11wks). Went to my dr and she checked me out, saw all the workings of a baby just no heartbeat yet and I got labs done. She prescribed me progesterone cream right away, saying it may help with spotting and cramping. Obviously can’t prevent anything from happening though.

Well I got my labs yesterday and my progesterone is 9.67....which seems low but they also called me and said everything was normal?! So confused.

I’ve still been spotting and cramping so I took off this weekend from work and I just got the cream today. Anyone else taking this and how is it/ did it work???
