I've been exposed to Covid19

Yeaterday I was working and my co-worker said she had allergies but no medicine was working and she felt like she inhaled water.... well turns out she has covid19. I'm so worried for my baby and am doing everything I can to try and prevent her and my husband from getting it 😭 I'm wearing a mask to hold and breastfeed her but my heart is breaking because I'm suppose to self isolate for two weeks. I cant kiss my baby for two weeks, cant show her my face and make her smile like I usually do 😭😭😭💔 has anyone here had it? What did you do? Any suggestions for me? Today my throat feels scratchy but maybe I'm overanalyzing it.... I have already called my doctor and if I get any more symptoms I'm going to get tested.
