Hey there! I’m wondering if any of you smoked while breastfeeding, and if you have any good research on whether or not it is safe? Also, if anyone has personal experiences I would love to hear. I am bf my 9 month old and used to smoke (didn’t smoke during pregnancy) but have smoked a few times while bf. Some days I feel super insecure about it and nervous that it’s affected him negatively, but other days I fee like it doesn’t affect him. Help? 🙏🏼😭
