Helpppppp

So my 6months old suddenly started cry and was hard to console. It has never happened with us. His eyes were closed yet still crying. Few hours later he has a temperature and was vomiting. What could be the issue. I read somewhere that there is no temperature with teething, I am so scared. And just this Friday he was diagnosed with Laryngomalacia. I tried linking it to it but I didn’t find any link.
