So my third son is almost 2 months old. I exclusively pump breast milk for him and just recently discovered a lubricating pumping spray that I thought might help with the discomfort during pumping. It does but before I ordered it my nipples had already started cracking and now I can’t Get them to heal. This one is cracked and bleeding and oozing and it dries onto my nursing pad and when I go to change my nursing pads it rips the scabs off the skin and it starts oozing and bleeding again 🤦🏻‍♀️ it itches and hurts and honestly I know it’s gross but it stinks too when I take my breast out to pump it has a smell to the wound. Idk what to do. I’ve been trying lanolin but it’s not healing. Idk what to do at this point? Any help would be appreciated please.
