When did your little one start the 4ish month sleep regression?

Just wondering how early it can start! My little one is 14 weeks and I feel like we've been in the regression for at least a week, but if this isn't the worst of it, I want to prepare myself! According to Wonder Weeks (using her due date of 12/31) it just started a couple days ago. Did your baby's sleep habits suddenly change, or was it gradual?

Ours was at around 3.5months old and lasted about a week

I think I lucked out my son’s regression so far is him just waking up at 10 after going to bed at 8:30 and he will stay up till maybe 11 then is out rest of the night. That start maybe a week ago and he’s 16 weeks as of yesterday.

He was 18 weeks yesterday (adjusted) and still nothing. He’s been fighting naps pretty good for probably 3 weeks but no changes at night. I pray it doesn’t change.

13/14 weeks it’s was bad 🥴😓 but it lasted like a week before that he had already been fighting his sleep too

We had our first rough night in over a week last night & he’s literally 4months old today(4/12 born 12/12). He was up 3 times over the time he’s been sleeping lately. 
The wonder weeks are leaps, which are different from sleep regressions. Leap 4 started out as a beast for us too (he usually starts 4-5days early) but we’re down to the last 2weeks and it calmed down a lot.
