There literally could be 20 different reasons he has this!! 
Play wrestling with the boys (grown men together can act like children when left unattended 😂) , heated argument where someone grabbed and yanked his t shirt (I’ve seen these marks on my SO neck from sports games where other players are pulling hard on jerseys), back was itchy so he scraped too hard, used a side piece of wall to scratch and went too hard 🤷🏽‍♀️
