Hi, Friday i went to the Emergency Room and was told i was having a Miscarriage (blighted ovum) and that my uterus was empty..no sac or yolk. Today i started cramping and just started spotting. This is my second pregnancy loss for my husband and I. However im staying positive and gonna keep trying.

My question is after all this bleeding. Do i wait till my regular cycle to start OPK testing or i can begin after the bleeding have stop.
